Specialist Sales Support (m/f)

Location Waiblingen
With us you take over:
  • Recording of customer orders, creation and on-time transmission of the order confirmation as well as monitoring of the order until delivery
  • Coordination of installation and maintenance of master data in BaaN - ERP
  • Monitoring of purchasing documents and partial verification of certificates of analysis
  • Obtaining offers from manufacturers and suppliers
  • Gather and manage product information
  • Calculation and submission of offers to customers on the instructions of the Sales Manager
  • Monitoring deadlines for purchases and sales of warehousing and drop shipping
  • Coordination of sample shipping
  • Complaints Processing

  • Handling the MS Office Programs Safely
